Shipping
Shipping is FREE on all retail orders over $150 to locations within New Zealand. The shopping cart will calculate any shipping charges for you if you spend under $150. The Eco Yoga Store will dispatch your order from their warehouse which is located in Ahuriri, Napier, Hawke's Bay and this is where all products are dispatched from and all returns or exchanges come back to.
As your order leaves the warehouse on Fastway Couriers you'll receive a tracking number so you can watch the progress of your order making its way to you. Sometimes this message can go into your spam so check there please.
We dispatch Monday to Friday using Fastway Couriers. North Island orders travel on an overnight service. South Island orders take 2-3 business days to reach you. Orders travel on a 'Signature Required' contract. If you would like your consignment to be delivered 'No Signature Required' then please provide us with details of a safe location on your property to leave your goods as we take no responsibility if they are damaged or stolen under this agreed arrangement. The shopping cart has a field to enter this information. We don't dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays in New Zealand.
Rural delivery incurs a $5 surcharge per order so if you live at a rural address you could consider having your order delivered to a friend or family members address in town if you do not wish to pay this fee. (Click here to check the Rural Delivery list for NZ)
We keep our website as up-to-date as possible but from time to time the information about prices and availability may not be absolutely accurate. We will contact you immediately if there is an issue with a product in your order and resolve this promptly.
Please note if we are required to post your product/s a second time, for example if you provide us with incorrect address details then you will be required to pay the postage for this second dispatch.
International shipping
We can ship goods to any country in the world but the cost to send them has to be individually calculated. Please contact us by email to arrange an international order at info@ecoyogastore.com

Prices shown in this website are in New Zealand dollars. GST of 15% is included in all the prices.
